Zusammenfassung:Organopolysiloxane converted to elastomer by action of water, contains in addn. (based on total wt.). 1-15% of a complex of Ti, Zr, or Al, obtd. by mixing an alcoholate or phenolate of these metals derived from an aliphatic or cycloaliphatic alcohol opt. substd. by OH or NH2 or a phenol, or a partial hydrolysate of these, with an alpha- or beta-diketone, -ketoalcohol, - ketoacid or alkyl ester of the acid, in pron.of 1-4 moles keto cpd. per g. atom of metal. Mouldable mixtures of the organopolysiloxanes with cross-linking agents to elastic solids at below 50 deg.C., and the materials adhere well to various substrates, e.g. flat glass, hollow glass, Al, Zn, Sn, Cu, heat-cross-linked elastomers, and p.v.c., acrylic and epoxy resins.
