Pestizide Zubereitung mit neuen Derivaten von Tetrahydrothiophen-1,1-dioxyd als Wirkstoff

The invention comprises compounds of formula where R1 and R2 are alkyl or alkoxy, R3 is hydrogen or alkyl, R4 is hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkyl or aralkyl, R5, R6, R7, R8 and R9 are hydrogen or alkyl, and X and Y are oxygen or sulphur, with the proviso that they are not both oxygen. They are prepared by reacting a compound of formula or a hydrohalide thereof with an acid halide or anhydride of HOOC.CHR3-hal to give and reacting this with HXP(Y)R1R2 as a salt or in the presence of a base. Alternatively, II may be reacted with HOOC.CHR3.OH and this reacted with Hal-P(Y)R1R2 in the presence of a base. Various compounds of formulae IV and VIII are isolated and several compounds of Formula II are prepared from the appropriate 2,5-dihydrothiophene-1,1-dioxide and R4NH2. The final products are pesticides.ALSO:Pesticidal compositions comprise organo-phosphorus compounds of formula where R1 and R2 are alkyl or alkoxy, R3 is hydrogen or alkyl, R4 is hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkyl or aralkyl, R5, R6, R7, R8 and R9 are hydrogen or alkyl, and X and Y are oxygen or sulphur, with the proviso that they are not both oxygen, together with a carrier and/or surface active agent. Wettable powders, dusts, granules, solutions, emulsifiable concentrates and emulsions are specified.
