Zusammenfassung: | 1,028,387. Electric motors. MOVIT INDUSTRIEANSTALT. Jan. 13, 1965 [Jan. 22. 1964], No. 1524/65. Heading H2A. A stepping motor has two wound field cores 7a, 7b lying laterally of the rotor 1 and exciting pole-shoes 4a, 5a, the flux circuit beng completed by further arms Sa, 8b (Fig. 3) lying at either end of the machine and making contact with a pole-shoe 46, 56 through a longitudinal yoke 10 extending between the free ends of the arms, 8a, 8b. The rotor, bearings and laminated pole-shoes 4a, 4b, 5a, 5b form a detachable unit (Fig. 5) which is inserted under pressure of a spring 16 between the ends of cores 7a, 7b and the yoke 10. The assembly is further secured by a clamping band 14 of magnetic material whose free ends are bolted through the bottom yoke of the flux-completing member 8 (which has the arms 8a, 8b) at 15. This clamp, together with arms 8a, 8b, completely enclose the machine thus providing magnetic screening. The detachable rotor-pole unit (Fig. 5) consists of lamination stacks forming the pole-shoes secured by longitudinal rivets 22 to flanges 19a on the bearing housing and an intermediate bracing ring 23. The spaces between the pole-shoes are filled with plastic blocks, and rotor end-play is adjusted by plastic washers 25, 26. |
