The unit has a leader connected to two sheets so that on being pulled the sheets are brought into superposition and which leader is connected to one sheet through a subsidiary leader having a leading end which is pulled towards its trailing end during pulling of the first or main leader, the subsidiary leader having a number of openings to facilitate bending and rolling of such. As described in detail the sheets may include respectively the photo-sensitive and image receiving materials for the diffusion transfer process and the unit be provided with a rupturable container of fluid to effect this transfer, thus Fig. 4 which is the same as Fig. 3 of Specification 921,923 shows two of the units the separate sheets of each of which are placed around a pressure plate 60 and are arranged so that after exposure they may be superposed on pulling leaders 18, 70 through pressure rolls of a camera in which the assembly of Fig. 4 is mounted, as described in that Specification, individual features of the unit being illustrated in Figs. 1-3 and 6-8, (not shown); a special feature being provision for tearing out the positive resulting from transfer from the remainder of the unit.
