Zusammenfassung:	1347037 Masked oxycarbonyl isocyanates BAYER AG 23 Sept 1971 [3 Oct 1970] 44343/71 Heading C2C [Also in Division C3] Masked oxycarbonyl isocyanates having the general formula R-(O-CO.NHCO.O-Ar) n wherein R is an n-valent organic radical, Ar is an optionally substituted aryl radical having from 6 to 14 carbon atoms and n is at least 2, is prepared by reacting a compound containing at least two hydroxy groups of the formula R(OH) n with an aryloxycarbonyl isocyanate of the general formula Ar-O-CO.NCO. The masked oxycarbonyl isocyanates may be reacted with polyhydroxy compounds to form polyaddition products and may be used as crosslinking agents for resins containing free hydroxy groups.
