Zusammenfassung:1321352 Enzymatic conversions, oxidations and hydrolyses AMERICAN CYANAMID CO 19 April 1971 [2 Feb 1970 22 July 1970 (2)] 20736/71 Heading C2C [Also in Division C3] Enzymatic conversions are effected by contacting the substrate to be converted with a composition comprising a catalytically active enzyme covalently bonded to a bisulphite adduct of a hydrophilic polymer containing carbonyl groups. The following conversions are exemplified: sucrose # invert sugar; glucose # gluconic acid; glucose # fructose; polysaccharide # glucose; polysaccharide # glucose + maltose and tyrosine # dihydroxy-phenylalanine.
