L'invention concerne un distributeur pour soins personnels comprenant une enveloppe extérieure délimitant une ouverture au niveau d'une première extrémité. Un couvercle est monté sur la première extrémité. Le couvercle présente une position ouverte et une position fermée. Un manchon de distributeur est positionné de manière coulissante à l'intérieur de l'ouverture. Le manchon de distributeur comprenant une base au niveau d'une première extrémité du manchon de distributeur et une languette de traction au niveau d'une seconde extrémité opposée du manchon de distributeur.
