Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an anti-transmembrane 4 superfamily member 4 (anti-TM4SF4) humanized antibody and use thereof. The anti-TM4SF4 humanized antibody of the present invention has high affinity for binding specifically to TM4SF4 while exhibiting low immunogenicity in humans, and thus can be advantageously used to detect TM4SF4 or to target cancer cells and cancer stem cells that overexpress TM4SF4. La présente invention concerne un anticorps humanisé anti-membre 4 de la superfamille transmembranaire 4 (anti-TM4SF4) et son utilisation. Selon la présente invention, l'anticorps humanisé anti-TM4SF4 présente une affinité élevée pour se lier spécifiquement à TM4SF4 tout en présentant une faible immunogénicité chez les êtres humains, et pouvant ainsi être avantageusement utilisée pour détecter TM4SF4 ou pour cibler des cellules cancéreuses et des cellules souches cancéreuses qui surexpriment TM4SF4.
