L'invention concerne des hétérodimères de variant d'IL-2 (IL-2v) à demi-vie sérique prolongée ayant une liaison réduite à la sous-unité IL2Ra (CD25). En particulier, l'invention concerne des hétérodimères de Fc-IL -2v et des méthodes de fabrication et d'utilisation, par exemple d'amélioration d'une réponse immunitaire, par exemple dans la prévention et le traitement d'infections virales et du cancer.
