The present invention provides an orthodontic device based on a novel orthodontic technique, the device being provided with: a base member that is fixed to two or more screws embedded in the vicinity of the median palatine suture between the bones forming the palate; an arm-like arm member that has a first connection portion connected to the base member and a second connection section located in the vicinity of the palate side of teeth; and a pulling member that is made of an elastic wire material, and pulls a tooth to be pulled. The pulling member has: a pulling base fixed to the second connection section; a fixed pulling portion locked to a bracket fixed to an object to be pulled, which is located away from the pulling base; a pulling force generation unit that is located between the pulling base and the fixed pulling portion, and applies backward pulling force and forward rotation force or forward pulling force and backward rotation force to the bracket through the fixed pulling portion. The fixed pulling portion has a curved section that is bent toward the dental roots by plastic deformation of the wire material extending along the teeth.
