Zusammenfassung:	The present disclosure describes a powertrain and an all-terrain vehicle. The powertrain includes an engine, a continuously variable transmission and a transmission. The continuously variable transmission is drivingly coupled to the engine. The transmission includes a casing, a power input shaft, a first power output shaft and a second power output shaft. The power input shaft, the first power output shaft and the second power output shaft are all provided in the casing. The power input shaft is drivingly coupled to the continuously variable transmission, the power input shaft is drivingly coupled to the first power output shaft and the second power output shaft separately in the casing, and an axis of the power input shaft is parallel to an axis of the first power output shaft and perpendicular to an axis of the second power output shaft.
