In particular, provided are a thienoheterocyclic derivative represented by general formula (I), a preparation method therefor, a pharmaceutical composition containing the derivative, the use of same as a therapeutic agent, particularly as an ERK inhibitor, and the use of same in the preparation of a drug for treating or preventing cancers, inflammation or other proliferative diseases, wherein each substituent of general formula (I) is the same as defined in the description.
