Zusammenfassung:	Packaging bag having a bag body (1) on a paper basis, which has front walls (2) that lie opposite one another, side walls (3) arranged between the front walls (2), and longitudinal edges (4) that connect the front walls (2) with the side walls (3), wherein a material section that forms the assigned front wall (2) and a material section that forms the assigned side wall (3), in each instance, are connected with one another on the longitudinal edges (4) to form a reinforcement fold (5) that runs in the longitudinal direction (L), by way of a fixation layer that borders on the longitudinal edge (L), in each instance. According to the invention, the fixation layer assigned to at least one reinforcement fold (5), in each instance, is an adhesive layer (6), wherein regions of the bag body (1) between the reinforcement folds (5) are free of an adhesive layer (6).
