Zusammenfassung:A perforation system includes a perforation device having a shaft. The shaft has a proximal portion and an opposed distal portion. At least a first excitation light emitter is associated with the distal portion for illuminating a region adjacent the distal portion. At least a first light collector is associated with the distal portion for collecting light from the region adjacent the distal portion. At least a first laser light emitter is associated with the distal portion for cutting the region adjacent the distal portion. The system further includes an excitation light source for supplying excitation light to the first excitation light emitter, an analysis system for analyzing collected light that is collected by the first light collector; and a laser light source for supplying laser light to the laser light emitter.
