La présente invention concerne des compositions antisalissure comprenant du cuivre di(4,4,4-trifluoroacétoacétate d'éthyle) (Cu(ETFAA)2) qui sont hautement efficaces contre l'encrassement biologique marin de surfaces de navires et de structures marines, leur utilisation pour inhiber l'encrassement biologique marin, ainsi que des peintures antisalissure comprenant lesdites compositions.
