Zusammenfassung:	[Problem] To provide an anti-human Fn14 antibody that binds to human Fn14 and blocks action mediated through human Fn14 to prevent or treat cancer cachexia. [Solution] The present inventors conducted research on anti-human Fn14 antibodies, and have provided an anti-human Fn14 antibody including a heavy chain having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2 and a light chain having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 4. Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir un anticorps anti-Fn14 humain qui se lie au Fn14 humain et bloque l'action médiée par le Fn14 humain pour prévenir ou traiter la cachexie cancéreuse.
