Zusammenfassung:	The present invention pertains to: a novel human-derived probiotic strain that is Lactobacillus paracasei KBL382 deposited with the Korean Collection for Type Cultures under Accession No. KCTC 13509BP and a use of the strain for improving intestinal health and treating or preventing intestinal diseases. The strain according to the present invention has excellent anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory functions, has a superb strengthening effect on tight junctions of the intestinal tract wall, suppresses enteritis-induced weight loss and colon length reduction, thereby exhibiting a therapeutic effect for enteritis, and significantly alleviates the symptoms of atopic dermatitis. Therefore, the strain can be useful as a probiotic material for enhancing anti-inflammatory effects, strengthening immunity, improving intestinal health functions, and alleviating allergic diseases. La présente invention concerne une nouvelle lignée probiotique de dérivation humaine, soit Lactobacillus paracasei KBL382, déposée auprès de la collection coréenne des types de culture au numéro d'ordre KCTC 13509BP et une utilisation de la lignée pour améliorer la santé intestinale et traiter ou prévenir les maladies intestinales. La lignée selon la présente invention présente d'excellentes fonctions anti-inflammatoires et immunomodulatrices, produit un superbe effet de renforcement des joints serrés de la paroi du tractus intestinal, supprime la perte de poids et la réduction de la longueur du côlon provoquées par l'entérite, ce qui offre ainsi un effet thérapeutique contre l'entérite, et atténue significativement les symptômes de la dermatite atopique. Par conséquent, la lignée peut être utile comme matière probiotique pour améliorer les effets anti-inflammatoires, renforcer l'immunité, améliorer les fonctions de santé intestinale et atténuer les maladies allergiques.
