A representative embodiment has one or more buy-side systems including a buy-side order management system, one or more sell-side systems including a sell-side order management system, and a data center that has a shared database for storing data referred to from each sell-side system and constituting at least some of the data generated by the buy-side system, and/or data referred to from the buy-side system and constituting at least some of the data generated by the sell-side system.
