Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a device (1) for reversibly immobilising biomolecules by means of particles (3). The device (1) comprises a container (2) that can be filled with a fluid containing biomolecules, and one or more recesses (22) for receiving fluids and biomolecules and the particles (3). The container (2) of the device (1) comprises a supply opening for supplying fluids and biomolecules into the recess (22) and a discharge valve (4) having a degree of opening (d) for discharging a fluid containing biomolecules out of the recess (22). The particles (3) arranged in the recess (22) of the container (2) have a degree of expansion (b). The degree of expansion (b) of the particles (3) at which the biomolecules can be immobilised, in particular can be reversibly immobilised, is greater than the degree of opening (d) of the discharge valve (4) of the container (2).
