Zusammenfassung:	This hand to face restraint apparatus is used to limit the ability of a person from touching their face, neck and head area with their hands. The main parts of the hand to face restraint apparatus are removable and adjustable elastic wrist straps that wrap around the wrist and then extend from the wrist and are fastened to one's own belt or included belt that goes around a person's waist. Each of a person's wrists are individually connected through the elastic straps to the waist belt and these straps are adjusted to the length that would allow a range of motion for ones hands for everyday activities, yet prevent a person from unconsciously touching their face. The tension being provided through the elastic strap provides the necessary biofeedback to make the person aware of this often unconscious act.
