L'invention concerne un procédé de mesure quantitative de la réponse d'un patient à un médicament immunomodulateur, qui aide les cliniciens à déterminer la combinaison/posologie optimale de médicaments immunosuppresseurs/ immunomodulateurs. De plus, ce procédé offre aux cliniciens la possibilité d'effectuer les réglages nécessaires en thérapie immunosuppressive, de façon à empêcher la survenue effective d'un rejet d'organe. En outre, ce procédé réduit considérablement les effets secondaires de médicaments immunosuppresseurs, ce qui permet d'optimiser le schéma thérapeutique et les dosages, de déterminer le régime d'immunosuppression le plus efficace aux dosages les plus faibles pour chaque patient pris individuellement, et de surveiller l'efficacité de traitement dans le temps, ouvrant ainsi la porte à la personnalisation des traitements.
