Zusammenfassung:Electrochemical cell enclosures and related methods are disclosed. In one embodiment, gas vented from one or more electrochemical cells flows through a flame arrestor, and in some instances a filter, to reduce a temperature of the vented gas to a desired temperature prior to the gas exiting the enclosure through an associated outlet. In certain embodiments, this reduced temperature may be less than an auto-ignition temperature of the gas.
