Additionally provided is a method for producing the coated center with an atomized sugar spray. L'invention concerne un centre enrobé d'une coque de sucre dur entourant le centre. La coque dure comprend une ou plusieurs premières couches de sucre et une couche d'enrobage supplémentaire sur l'au moins une première couche de sucre. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de production du centre enrobé au moyen d'une pulvérisation de sucre atomisé.
