Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for weighing and transporting dough by means of a device (10) including: - a weighing device (20) having a weighing pusher (2) which can be moved back and forth controllably in an output channel (22), - a dough drum (3), which can be rotated or pivoted about its axis, comprising at least one receiving chamber (31) for receiving dough and, in each receiving chamber (31), a weighing pad (32) linearly guided in the receiving chamber (21) in the radial direction of the dough drum (3) and adjusted in the receiving chamber (31) by an adjusting device (6), and - a kneading drum (4) having a number of kneading chambers (41) distributed uniformly around the periphery of the kneading drum (4), - wherein, in a weighing step a), a defined dough volume is weighed and/or pressed into at least one receiving chamber (31) via the output channel (21) by means of the weighing pusher (2), wherein the weighed dough volume is predetermined and adjusted by the radial shifting of the weighing pad (32), - in a transport step b), the weighing pusher (2) is stopped after the predetermined filling volume and/or filling pressure in the receiving chamber (31) is reached, and the dough drum (3) is pivoted into a transfer region (5) until the receiving chamber (31) filled with dough is positioned opposite one of the kneading chambers (41) such that the dough can be transferred out of the receiving chamber (31) into the respective kneading chamber (41), and - in a discharge step c), the weighing pad (32) is shifted in the receiving chamber (31) in such a way that the dough is discharged from the receiving chamber (41) and dispensed into the kneading chamber (41).
