Zusammenfassung:	An axial electron gun comprises a primary cathode (13) and a secondary cathode (20), and is characterized in that in order to maintain the stable position of the secondary cathode (20) relative to the electron-beam axis of the axial gun, a shaped holder (21) made from polycrystalline tungsten wire is used, and a pulsating voltage is applied between the cathodes to bombard the secondary cathode with electrons. Un canon électronique axial comprend des cathodes primaire (13) et secondaire (20) et est caractérisé en ce que pour garder une position stable de la cathode secondaire (20) par rapport à l'axe du faisceau d'électrons du canon axial on utilise un support (21) de forme profilée fait d'un fil de tungstène polycristallin, et pour bombarder avec les électrons la cathode secondaire on applique entre les cathodes une tension électrique pulsée.
