Also provided are methods, devices, assemblies, and systems for processing cell-containing wells of a multi-well device identified through the use of multi-Z imaging. L'invention concerne des procédés, des dispositifs, des ensembles et des systèmes pour la distribution dans les puits d'un dispositif multipuits et l'imagerie de ces puits à partir de multiples plans Z.
