Zusammenfassung:Computerized methods and systems for assisting a User to achieve a Health-Related Goal Set involves a processor periodically receiving Historical Data for the User or a group of Users similar to the User from one or more computing devices of the User or the group of Users via a communication network. The processor generates a Model that relates different Observables of the Historical Data, by optimizing fit of the Model to the Observables, and/or identifying a statistical correlation between the Observables. The processor evaluates at least one output based on the Model, and transmits the output to the computing device of the User via the communication network.
