La présente invention concerne un procédé de génération d'une bibliothèque d'anticorps, ne se limitant pas à une bibliothèque d'expression génique d'anticorps synthétiques construite sur un pool de séquences d'acides nucléiques de consensus en utilisant une technologie de remplacement de codons.
