Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to topical pharmaceutical microemulsions of cyclosporine Acomprising a half (C -C 4 ) alkyl esters of poly (methyl vinyl ether-co- maleic anhydride) (PVM/MA) copolymers. The invention also relates to a process for the preparation of said compositions and to their use in the prevention and/or treatment of several diseases, particularly psoriasisand atopic dermatitis. La présente invention concerne des microémulsions pharmaceutiques topiques de cyclosporine A comprenant des esters semi(alkyle en C-C4) de copolymères de poly (éther méthylvinylique-co-anhydride maléique) (PVM/MA). L'invention concerne également un procédé de préparation desdites compositions et leur utilisation dans la prévention et/ou le traitement de plusieurs maladies, en particulier le psoriasis et la dermatite atopique.
