Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to efficient wind turbine telescopic cable drive systems facilitating electrical generators and other rotational apparatus such as air compressors to be mounted on the ground rather than in the air on super structures as current wind systems; embodiment of ground mounted expanding flywheels for easy low wind starts and energy storage while anchoring said wind turbines and rotational apparatus to the ground with materials in which otherwise used in current wind turbine poured concrete foundations, in-cooperating this invention low speed centrifugal disc clutches as connection means to said electrical generators and rotational apparatus as drive systems means.
