Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to novel ferroportin inhibitors of the general formula (I) pharmaceutical compositions comprising them and the use thereof as medicaments, in particular for the prophylaxis and/or treatment of diseases caused by a lack of hepcidin or iron metabolism disorders, such as particularly iron overload states such as in particular thalassemia and hemochromatosis. L'invention concerne de nouveaux inhibiteurs de la ferroportine de formule générale (I), des compositions pharmaceutiques les contenant et leur utilisation comme médicaments, en particulier pour la prophylaxie et/ou le traitement de maladies provoquées par un manque d'hepcidine ou des troubles du métabolisme du fer, comme c'est le cas tout particulièrement des états de surcharge de fer tels que notamment la thalassémie et l'hémochromatose.
