La présente invention concerne l'utilisation de copolymères associatifs hydrophobiquement en tant que liants pour la pelletisation de minerais contenant du métal tels que des minerais contenant du fer. Les copolymères comprennent des motifs monomères dérivés d'au moins un monomère associatif hydrophobiquement, de préférence au moins un monomère insaturé s'associant de manière hydrophobe.
