Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a hybrid stranded conductor (1), comprising a core (2) and outer wires (3') arranged around said core (2), wherein at least a part of the outer wires (3') is compressed, wherein the compressed outer wires have a flattened cross-sectional shape, the outer wires (3') are composed of steel, and the core (2) is a fiber core. The invention further relates to a corresponding production method for such a hybrid stranded conductor (1). L'invention concerne un câble toronné hybride (1) comprenant une âme (2) et des torons externes (3') disposés autour de cette âme (2), au moins une paire de torons externes (3') étant comprimée, les torons externes comprimés ayant une forme de section transversale aplatie, les torons externes (3') étant constitués d'acier et l'âme (2) étant une âme fibreuse. L'invention concerne également procédé de fabrication correspondant d'un tel câble toronné hybride (1).
