Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a compression device which is made of an elastic fabric, in particular a knitted fabric, and which is provided with at least one elastic retaining band (12) as a slip-preventing means on the body part; the retaining band (12) is manufactured using a frictional yarn (13) which, at some points on the inner face of the band, lies on the surface of the band (12). Article de contention réalisé dans un matériau textile élastique, notamment un tricot, et pourvu d'au moins une bande de maintien (12) élastique à fonction antiglissement sur la partie corporelle, la bande de maintien (12) étant réalisée à l'aide d'un fil de friction (13) qui, sur la face interne de la bande, se trouve par endroits à la surface de la bande (12).
