SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR RETRIEVING AND CONSOLIDATING DATA ACCORDING TO APPORTIONMENT RULES

An entity computing system for retrieving and consolidating data associated with a plurality of records for transmission to a second entity computing system is described. The entity computing system comprises a memory storing computer-executable instructions and at least one processing device. The processing device(s) receive request(s) to retrieve and consolidate data from multiple data sources associated with multiple records. The request comprises an apportionment rule indicating data to be retrieved from each of the data sources and consolidated for transmission to the second entity computing system via a secure network. The record(s) and data source(s) associated with the entity computing system are determined. Data in respect of the data source(s) associated with the entity computing system is retrieved according to the apportionment rule, stored in a consolidated data source and transmitted for receipt by the second entity computing system.
