A semiconductor laser light source device 100 is provided with a semiconductor laser device 1, a cooling device 2 for cooling the semiconductor laser device 1, and a drive substrate 3 for driving the semiconductor laser device 1. The cooling device 2 is disposed in contact with a surface of the semiconductor laser device 1, said surface being on the reverse side of an output surface of the semiconductor laser device. Furthermore, the drive substrate 3 is disposed in contact with a surface of the cooling device 2, said surface being on the reverse side of a cooling device surface on which the semiconductor laser device 1 is disposed. |
