Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a water jet cutting device for cutting a strip off from a moving fibrous web (1), comprising: at least one nozzle (3) to which water can be fed in order to produce a water jet (4), the nozzle (3) being configured in such a way that the water jet (4) can be directed onto the fibrous web (1); and a water-jet collecting device (5), which is associated with a cutting table (2) for at least partly supporting the fibrous web (1). When the water-jet cutting device is operated as intended, said cutting table (2) forms or delimits a collection opening (6) for the water jet (4), the collection opening (6) being formed by a separate exchangeable plate (8) of the cutting table (2) which can be detachably connected to the cutting table (2).
