Documents associated with the user are downloaded to the user devices from the document management and collaboration system. A targeted denial of access to the downloaded documents is performed. L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil de collaboration et de gestion de document. Des dispositifs d'utilisateurs associés à un utilisateur d'un système de collaboration et de gestion de documents sont identifiés. Des documents associés à l'utilisateur sont téléchargés sur les dispositifs d'utilisateurs à partir du système de collaboration et de gestion de document. Un refus ciblé d'accès aux documents téléchargés est effectué.
