Zusammenfassung:	This impedance measurement device for a fuel cell outputs an AC current to a fuel cell and adjusts the frequency of the AC current output to the fuel cell such that the impedance between the fuel cell and a load device is higher than the impedance between a secondary battery and the load device. Furthermore, the impedance measurement device adjusts the AC current such that a positive electrode-side AC potential difference, which is the difference between the potential on the positive electrode side of the fuel cell and an intermediate potential, matches a negative electrode-side AC potential difference, which is the difference between the potential on the negative electrode side of the fuel cell and the intermediate potential, and calculates the impedance of the fuel cell on the basis of the positive electrode-side AC potential difference and/or the negative electrode-side AC potential difference, and of the adjusted AC current.
