La présente invention concerne également de nouvelles compositions immunogènes protégeant le porc de la maladie causée par le deltacoronavirus porcin (PDCoV), administrées seules ou en tant que vaccin combiné pour protéger l'animal contre le virus PEDV. Les compositions de l'invention produisent des virus tués dont l'efficacité est améliorée par la sélection d'adjuvants préférés. De nouvelles méthodes de culture sont également utilisées pour augmenter le rendement reproductible des virus en culture.
