Zusammenfassung: | ?The claimed invention relates to analytical chemistry, in particular to spectral absorption analysis with a differential circuit for measuring the concentration of mercury vapours and benzene vapours. The problem addressed by the present invention is that of creating an absorption analyzer which makes it possible to determine the content of mercury and benzene in a carrier gas, with improved analytical characteristics for benzene. The stated problem is solved in that, in an absorption analyzer, comprising the following, connected optically: a photodetector, an analytical cuvette, a radiation polarization modulator and a spectral lamp, which contains a discharge cavity which is arranged between the poles of a magnet and which is connected to means for exciting an electrical discharge, wherein a buffer gas and mercury are placed into the spectral lamp, and also comprising a gas system connecting a sampling port of the analyzer to an inlet port of the analytical cuvette by gas supply lines, wherein the gas system comprises at least three gas passages connecting the sampling port of the analyzer to the inlet port of the analytical cuvette via a gas passage selector, wherein at least one of said gas passages is equipped with means for removing benzene from a gas flow, at least one is equipped with means for removing mercury from a gas flow, at least one conducts mercury, at least one conducts benzene and at least one conducts mercury and benzene to a varying degree. |
