Zusammenfassung:	Methods for synthesis and manufacture of polysaccharide-protein conjugate vaccines at high yield are provided. The methods involve reaction of a hydrazide group on one reactant with an aldehyde or cyanate ester group on the other reactant. The reaction proceeds rapidly with a high conjugation efficiency, such that a simplified purification process can be employed to separate the conjugate product from the unconjugated protein and polysaccharide and other small molecule by-products. Des procédés de synthèse et de fabrication de vaccins conjugués polysaccharide-protéine en grande quantité sont présentés. Les procédés comprennent la réaction dun groupe hydraside sur un réactant avec un groupe aldéhyde ou ester de cyanate sur lautre réactant. La réaction est rapide et présente une grande efficacité de conjugaison, de sorte quun procédé de purification simplifié peut être employé pour séparer le produit conjugué de la protéine et du polysaccharide non conjugués et dautres petits sous-produits de molécule.
