The blade modules are connected to the rotary shaft and are axially spaced apart from each other along the rotary shaft. Each blade module includes a plurality of blades that extend outwardly and radially from the rotary shaft and that are angularly spaced apart from each other. The blades are capable of driving the rotary shaft to rotate in a first direction when propelled by a wind.
