VACUUM HEAT INSULATING MATERIAL, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME, AND REFRIGERATOR INCLUDING THE SAME

Disclosed are a vacuum heat insulating material having an improved structure as to enhance insulation and durability, a method of manufacturing the same, and a refrigerator including the same. The vacuum heat insulating material includes a core material, a first envelope disposed at an outer side of the core material, a blocking layer disposed between the core material and the first envelope and bonded to the first envelope so as to be integrally formed with the first envelope, and a second envelope having a thermal conductivity greater than a thermal conductivity of the first envelope and coupled to the first envelope to form an accommodating space in which the core material and the blocking layer are accommodated, wherein the first envelope and the second envelope are bonded to each other by welding or adhesion to form an extension portion extended toward an outer side of the accommodating space. La présente invention concerne : un matériau d'isolation sous vide ayant une structure améliorée de façon à améliorer une propriété d'isolation thermique et une durabilité ; et un réfrigérateur le comprenant. Le matériau d'isolation sous vide comprend : un matériau central ; un premier matériau de recouvrement extérieur disposé du côté extérieur du matériau central ; une couche de blocage disposée entre le matériau central et le premier matériau de recouvrement extérieur ; et un second matériau de recouvrement extérieur couplé au premier matériau de recouvrement extérieur de façon à former un espace de réception destiné à recevoir en son sein le matériau central et la couche de blocage, la couche de blocage étant fusionnée ou collée au premier matériau de recouvrement extérieur de façon à être intégrée au premier matériau de recouvrement extérieur.
