Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides flour that can be shaken out in small amounts from a shaker onto food without scattering or clumping. Packaged flour, wherein a shaker having at least one shaker hole with a maximum width of 2 to 20 mm is filled with flour having a 10% particle size distribution (D10) of 18 µm or more and a 90% particle size distribution (D90) of 500 µm or less. La présente invention concerne de la farine qui peut être distribuée par agitation en de petites quantités à partir d'une saupoudreuse sur des aliments sans dispersion ni agglutination. L'invention concerne de la farine sous emballage, une saupoudreuse ayant au moins un orifice de saupoudreuse avec une largeur maximale de 2 à 20 mm étant remplie avec de la farine ayant une distribution granulométrique de 10 % (D10) égale ou supérieure à 18 µm et une distribution granulométrique à 90 % (D90) égale ou inférieure à 500 µm.
