These compounds are TLR agonists and may therefore be useful as medicaments for the treatment of diseases such as cancer or infectious diseases. Cette invention concerne des composés de 4-amino-imidazoquinoline de formule (I) dans laquelle R1 à R4 sont tels que définis dans la description et dans les revendications, ainsi que des sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables de ceux-ci.
