Also disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition containing the compound and a phannaceutically acceptable carrier. L'invention concerne, inter alia, des compositions de promédicaments et des procédés d'utilisation de celles-ci pour le traitement et la détection d'une maladie. Plus spécifiquement, l'invention porte sur un composé de formule (I) comportant des cycles pipéridine et 1,2,4-trioxolane spiro-fusionnés, à savoir du 1,2,4-trioxa- 8-azaspiro[4.5] décane.
