Zusammenfassung:	A process for manufacturing an edible water-in-oil spread, which process has the advantages of the cool blending process for manufacturing spreads, with improved rework capabilities. This is achieved by combining a stirred tank with recirculation means. Procédé de fabrication d'une pâte à tartiner comestible eau-dans-huile, ledit procédé présentant les avantages du procédé de mélange à froid (cool blending) pour la fabrication de pâtes à tartiner, joints à des qualités améliorées de remalaxage. Ces qualités sont obtenues par combinaison d'une cuve agitée avec des moyens de recirculation.
