The invention is characterised in that the conveyor cells (22) have holes (23) at the cell edges (18), and below the rotary feeder (18) near the holes (23) there is a rolling surface (28) on which at least parts of the shafts of the elements (20) with shafts lie and are rollingly conveyed.
