The invention is also directed to pharmaceutical compositions comprising such compounds, to processes for preparing such compounds and compositions, and to the use of such compounds and compositions for the prevention or treatment of mGluR2 subtype disorders. La présente invention concerne de nouveaux composés de 1,2,4-triazolo[4,3-a]pyridine de formule(I) en tant que modulateurs allostériques positifs (PAM) du récepteur de glutamate métabotropique de sous-type 2 ("mGluR2"). L'invention concerne aussi des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant de tels composés, des procédés de préparation de tels composés et de telles compositions, et l'utilisation de tels composés et de telles compositions pour la prévention ou le traitement de troubles du sous-type mGluR2.
